Alright, I’ve tried to write this blog like 4 different times now.  I know it would be easier to change my topic, but that would mean changing the title…and well…I like my title….so I’m stuck.

I started thinking about how many new people I have met lately and how we’re all getting to know each other.  A couple things about me: I consider myself to be an optimist and I like to see the best in people.  And therefore I expect the best from people. And most of the time, they fail to follow through.  This really tears down my ability to see the silver lining/bright side….is it so hard to ask that someone will follow through once in awhile?  It’s hard to stay positive when nothing seems to be working out….

But, on the bright side, Halloween is this weekend! I’m going to be a pirate and hopefully I don’t freeze too much.
